I'd love to have a cute blog post about how to survive your first day back after maternity leave... one of those posts with witty detailed instructions and matching memes to boot.... But the truth is, there's no list that can help you. There are only two things I’m sure can help:
1. Get as much sleep as you can (which I totally failed at, but intend to do better tonight) 2. Get in all the extra snuggles with the little one(s) that you can... (which I also intend to do more of tonight)... I hope you can appreciate that this blog post is barely long enough to be considered a blog post... but I think its brief nature makes a stronger point than I could make by writing paragraphs and paragraphs on how I coped with the pain and stress of being away from my baby. I missed her so much I don't have time to tell you how much. How do you survive being away? By being present in the moments you can. She's wide awake smiling at me, and I'm not going to miss it! Back to snuggles!

Hello!Welcome to my blog! I've been blogging for a long time on various platforms. My intention has never been to reach the masses, but rather to give myself a chance to reflect and journal. I feel it at least challenges me to be somewhat coherent, however you can expect ramblings and grammatical incorrectness here!
I've recently been diagnosed with CECS and fPAES and had it treated with BOTOX of all things... So I suspect to see more and more people looking for answers with that in the future and hope to continue blogging so there will be easy to access follow-ups as that was helpful for me. NOTE: Apologies that some of the pictures incorrectly load sometimes. I try to keep up with the glitches, but can't always! Hope it doesn't impact the blog experience for all the PAES visitors.
